What is our operating model?

We have a very lean model to work with founders like yourself.

• Year founded
• Mention details about challenges you are facing? Is it related to stability, scalability, both or something else
• What have you tried so far to overcome those challenges and why

The next step is for us to process your details and, if needed, arrange a call with you to discuss any pending points to provide you recommendations. Our turn around time to provide your recommendations (after due payment) is 72 hours. 

How much do we charge?

Just like ourselves, our pricing is also pretty much flat and straight-forward. After reviewing your problem case, a cost is shared with you over email which includes all the brain 🧠 work that is needed to process your business problems and provide you with a precise 2-pager recommendation with action items clearly articulated that will help you coming out of the deadlock situation. 

It is important for you to note that our focus till May 2022 is not to make any money from our services. We are aiming towards building a vibrant community of startups and whatever we earn, we will re-invest it towards our community.
